Description of Services
Valisen Home Care provides non-medical home support services in the Ottawa area, including companion care, personal assistance, respite care, overnight care, and errand support. We are not a medical provider and do not offer nursing, clinical, or therapeutic services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit inquiries through our website.
Service Agreements
Specific care services are governed by individual service agreements between Valisen Home Care and the client or their authorized representative. These agreements outline the scope of care, schedule, fees, and other terms specific to your care plan.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Valisen Home Care does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Care plans are developed collaboratively and may be adjusted as needs evolve.
Caregiver Relationship
Caregivers placed through Valisen Home Care are carefully vetted and insured. Valisen Home Care facilitates caregiver placements and maintains oversight of care quality. If you are unsatisfied with a caregiver match, we will work to rematch you promptly.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, rates, and billing schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement. Valisen Home Care reserves the right to adjust rates with reasonable notice.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate care services with reasonable notice as outlined in the service agreement. Valisen Home Care does not require long-term contracts.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valisen Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
